Khushi gets Delhi HC protection against obscene content

Khushi Kapoor secured a Delhi High Court order directing platforms to remove obscene content and unauthorised merchandise using her identity. Justice Jyoti Singh also signalled a John Doe order for interim protection. This comes a day after similar directions for sister Janhvi Kapoor, amid rising personality rights cases at Delhi HC.
