A high-speed container trailer truck, suspected to have suffered brake failure, caused a major pile-up on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway near the Adoshi tunnel. The incident involved approximately 20 vehicles, including luxury cars, resulting in one woman’s death and injuries to at least 18 others.
