Amanda Seyfried lists Adam Brody’s old LA home for $3.2 million

Amanda Seyfried has listed her 1916 Los Angeles home for $3.2 million, 15 years after buying it from Adam Brody for $1.85 million. The three-bedroom property has a pool, spa, gardens and wraparound porch. Seyfried now primarily lives on her upstate New York farm with husband Thomas Sadoski, children and rescued animals.
