Court declines to grant interim relief to ‘Jigra’ in trademark infringement case

The Delhi High Court denied interim relief to Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in its trademark infringement suit against Dharma Productions’ film ‘Jigra’. While the court found no unfair advantage gained by the filmmakers, it acknowledged the potential harm to MSF’s reputation.
