In Gurgaon, a civil engineer named Mohit was arrested after a fatal accident on the Delhi-Jaipur highway. His car struck and killed Harsh Singhal, a law student, and critically injured Abhishek Kumar. Mohit claimed drowsiness led to the incident near Hero Honda Chowk. Bystanders tried to chase the car, but Mohit fled.
